We have 13 locations to serve our customers. Corporate headquarters and the main distribution center are in downtown Marietta, Ohio. Branches are in Columbus, Sunbury, Cincinnati, Portsmouth, and Lancaster Ohio; Huntington and St. Albans, West Virginia; Pittsburgh, PA; Louisville and Glasgow Kentucky; Ferdinand, Indiana; and Wixom, MI.
American Producers Supply is looking for a payroll specialist & HR benefits administrator to work at the Marietta, OH location. Compensation based on experience.
Responsibilities:
The Human Resource and Payroll generalist is primarily responsible for the processing of payroll and implementation of benefits, on-boarding new hires, and maintaining employee records. Perform administrative work, to include payroll account reconciliations, and journal entries. Must display high accuracy levels and exceptional employee relationship skills, along with complete confidentiality.
Requirements:
Must have experience processing payroll.
Experience and understanding of employee/company benefits.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of tax and employment laws.
Detail oriented and well organized is a must.
