DESCRIPTION:
The Associate Editor primarily provides support to the Editorial Team, particularly for newsletters. Duties include writing, editing, and updating content; tracking content performance and analyzing data; developing and monitoring tracking processes; research for future content; and other duties as assigned.
Secondarily, the Associate Editor also provides administrative support to the Editorial Team.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in communications or related field, plus at least 2-5 years working on a communications team. Must be proficient in or able to become proficient in APA Style. Preferable to have experience with newsletter and/or magazine content.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Editing and writing responsibilities, such as writing newsletter copy, editing article content, and copyediting/proofreading.
- Assist with processes to evaluate newsletters and other content.
- Track content reach with regular data reports.
- Help to research articles through literature searches and outreach to psychologists.
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, processing invoices, and general admin.
- Other duties as assigned.
