Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Status: Full-time
Pay Rate: 18.00-22.00/hourly (Based on Experience)

Warehouse Techs are responsible for keeping the warehouse neat and well-organized by sorting inventory and stocking the warehouse with these items. Sweeping and light cleaning duties are also necessary to keep the warehouse neat.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory deliveries.
- Assign delivery/pickup stations.
- Oversee and assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries.
- Allocate and organize storage locations according to requirements.
- Picks-up product by monitoring production; loading and moving product.
- Stores product by designating storage areas; adjusting storage areas according to production.
- Inspect incoming inventory and equipment for quality before storing or rerouting.
- Use moving equipment forklifts or pallet jacks to safety and efficient move inventory around the warehouse.
- Ensure delivery schedule is maintained and promptly alert crews if a delay occurs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 Years’ Experience required.
- Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred).
- Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in the office and the field.
- Driver’s License.
- Ability to effectively communicate to team members.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work overhead, navigate up and down ladders.
- Long distance and/or overnight travel may be required
- Must have full range or mobility in upper and lower body; ability to work in various positions and
- Ability to lift, pull and push materials and equipment weighing approximately 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
