American Stitch is a fast fashion young men's brand focused on wholesale to full price and value door retailers. We've experienced exponential growth post-Covid and are looking to grow our amazing team!

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily sales administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of sales support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Responsibilities

  • Organize sales duties and assist sales reps in ways that optimize their production
  • Coordinate the entire sales cycle from finding identifying clients to securing deals
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  • Remain in frequent contact with clients to understand their needs
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Create and update sales records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues

Skills

  • Proven experience as a b2b sales, showrooom or office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, go getter mentality is key
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • Sales assistant experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in PhotoShop and MS Office, especially, PowerPoint and Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 per year
