Missile Defense Tactics Task Lead - TS/SCI

Are you a Task Lead with experience in missile warning systems, integrated tactical warning and attack systems, and command control?Then we have an opportunity for you to lead the Joint-Global Hypersonic Operational Sensor Tasking (J-GHOST) Quick Reaction Test (QRT). The J-GHOST team will develop, test, and transition a validated Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and associated Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) to maintain situational awareness and rapidly task missile defense sensors in real-time during advanced trans-regional threat events.

A week in the life of a Task Lead supporting J-GHOST QRT:

• Interface with Missile Defense Agency (MDA), United States Space Command (USSPACECOM), and North American Aerospace Defense Command/US Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) (N-NC)
• Generate and execute a test plan to demonstrate J-GHOST TTP.
• Provide overall project direction and guidance for the team's support, research, and product development.
• Ensure the project is maintained on schedule, facilitate development of the team's plan to accomplish project tasks.
• Conduct report development, and coordinate project reviews with Service, interagency, and combatant command entities as necessary.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree with 14 years of relevant experience or High School Diploma with 20 years of relevant experience.
• TS security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD), Air Operations Center (AOC), and/or Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) program experience
• Experience and knowledge with test planning, data collection, and analysis at the operational and tactical levels.
• Missile Defense Systems (MDS) Command and Control (C2) experience, as well as familiarity with MDS/C2 sensors, links, communications and existing TTPs
• Demonstrated experience and expertise with test and assessment, operational assessment, demonstration processes, procedures and techniques, design, data collection, and reporting.
