Junior Program Management Specialist - Secret Clearance

A week in the life of a Junior Program Management Specialist:

• Develop briefs, point papers and data call responses.
• Identify and Manage risks and opportunities, and issues.
• Develop, plan and manage strategic engagements, relationships and events.
• Maintain program calendars and action items.
• Understanding of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and alignment between the IMS, funding, risks and opportunity management

• Bachelor’s Degree business or technical field 
• Active Secret Clearance

At least two (2) years of experience in:

• Program management, engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis
• U.S. Navy programs or operations

At least one (1) years of experience in:

• Financial/cost analysis for SPAWAR programs or projects.
• Navy Acquisition Program Office providing program management support of major Navy ACAT IAC through IV programs and Accelerated Acquisition in the following areas:
• Government Contracts management
• Managing cross functional teams
• Business Management
• FAR and DAU Acquisition
• Acquisition statutory and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with amplifying Navy and SPAWAR Instructions.
