We are currently searching for a motivated professional with an Information Technology background to become our next Service Desk Technician in Norwich, Connecticut.
As a Service Desk Technician, you will:

A week in the life of a Service Desk Technician:
- Provide hands on, in-person, and remote technical support and customer service
- Respond to questions from callers and walk-ins
- Maintain the operation of client computers and peripherals
- Basic help desk support
- Configure desktops and laptops
- Install hardware and software
- Troubleshoot user, printer and network problems
- Log all contacts and their resolutions in tracking software
- Educate end users
- Assist Administrators with management of local area network and enclaves

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
