The Position: Intake LPN Coordinator
The Intake Coordinator is an essential component to the certified agency team. Under the direction on the RN the LPN Intake Coordinator takes referrals and processes appropriate home care services. To maintain open lines of communication with referral sources and within Americare departments. To promote Americare by means of positive customer service approach.

- Computer literacy; experience with Home Care Home base a plus.
