About The Role:

The Program Director is responsible for overseeing our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC), Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP), and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This pivotal role will guide our multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional mental health care, supporting community well-being, and advancing our commitment to recovery-oriented services.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and oversight of OMHC, PRP, and IOP services, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with COMAR regulations and best practices in mental health.
• Development and implementation of program goals, policies, and procedures in alignment with organizational objectives and state requirements.
• Management of program budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency to ensure sustainable service delivery.
• Recruitment, training, and supervision of staff, fostering a culture of professional growth, teamwork, and excellence in care.
• Collaboration with community partners, stakeholders, and healthcare providers to enhance service accessibility and integration.
• Continuous evaluation and improvement of program effectiveness, client satisfaction, and outcomes through data-driven strategies.
• Advocacy for mental health awareness, policy improvements, and funding in support of community needs.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Business Administration or a related mental health field.
• Active Maryland licensure as a mental health professional (LCPC, LCSW-C, etc.).
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in mental health services, including direct oversight of OMHC, PRP, and/or IOP programs.
• Thorough knowledge of COMAR regulations, accreditation standards, and evidence-based practices in mental health care.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and develop strategic partnerships.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with a commitment to ethical practice and continuous improvement.
