$125,000 at plan yearly

• Active NMLS in Florida since at least 2020
• Exceptional decision-making abilities
• Superior written & verbal communication skills
• Superb interpersonal & customer service skills
• Familiarity with multiple types of loans, such as Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, & Non-QM
• Work effectively with realtors, processors, & underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction-overseeing all customer interactions
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university preferred
• Three (3) references listed on a resume
• Ability to work remotely
