Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train housekeeping staff
- Oversee inventory and order supplies
- Inspect rooms and ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Coordinate housekeeping schedules
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Implement and maintain cleaning procedures

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping management
- Knowledge of custodial and floor care techniques
- Strong understanding of industrial cleaning practices
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
