* Answer telephones, direct calls, manage calendars and arrange appointments.

* Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions.

* Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks.

* Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.

* Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, and personal computers.

* High school diploma or (GED) preferred, or at least one-year related work experience.

* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Calculators, Desktop computers, Photocopiers.

* Basic math skills.

* Customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

* Requires the ability to remain seated for extended durations and engage in several hours of regular transitions between chairs. It also involves activities such as reaching and bending.

* Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work

* Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks

* May require visiting facility operation in temperatures at or below freezing.

* May carry loads related to travel and occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or moves objects weighing up to 20 pounds

* Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
