• You enjoy making calls and speaking with people and will brush it off if the call doesn't go as expected.

Who You Are:

• You are patient, friendly, and have an upbeat attitude.
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite.
• Able to commute to the office each day.
• Familiar with the technology needed to document conversations, including navigating in multiple systems and screens, computer, and sufficient typing speed.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours (6 am-12 pm) or (12 pm-6 pm), including occasional weekend shifts.
