Job Title: Management Training Associate Location: TX - Dallas/Irving What you'll do: Our Management Development Program provides an excellent opportunity to learn our business from the ground up, rotating to through various department functions to gain a full understanding of the correspondent mortgage business and its drivers. The aim is to ensure that participants understand all of the internal processes and grow with the business as we innovate with technology and position AmeriHome for the future. Along with practical business knowledge, participants will have opportunities to gain valuable management experience and insights, such that they will be ready for leadership opportunities in the near future. This program will last approximately 18-24 months. At the conclusion of the program, participants can assess what opportunities are available and select a career path and continue their development. While the outcome is to develop future leaders, we recognize that other opportunities may arise and encourage participants to shape their future at AmeriHome. This structured and disciplined program demonstrates our on-going commitment to the growth and development of our emerging workforce. What we are looking for: We will be placing selected participants within the Mortgage Operations departments. Trainees will focus on learning the mortgage operations workflow for Correspondent Lending. For the first 3 months, Management Development trainees will overlap with the summer internship program. Participants will be challenged through on-the-job training and application as well as routine knowledge checks to assess individual progress and aptitude, ongoing throughout the program.
