At AmeriHome – We are expanding rapidly and are seeking strong support professionals within our Inside Sales department. This position pays a competitive base plus monthly (un-capped!) sales incentive payout. What we are looking for: Responsibilities Pipeline management of company provided leads for inside sales outreach to potential clients. Handling customer questions/requests Data entry for inputting customer loan information Manage customer refinance inquiries Generating potential interest in refinance opportunities. Customer follow up Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent Prior customer service experience (call center experience is a plus!) Prior experience in a sales driven environment 2 Years of making outbound sales calls preferred Prior mortgage experience preferred (this is a great role for those with loan officer or junior loan officer experience) Knowledge of Velocify or similar CRM tool(s) preferred Strong phone communication abilities Excellent time management/organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work Schedule Monday to Friday – Regular business hours Weekend (Saturday) availability needed on a volume driven basis Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $20.00 - $20.00 for Irvine, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location.
