Monday - Friday (In- Person Position)


8:30 am - 5:00 pm

AmeriPharma is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team! We are seeking someone who has the experience, vision, and passion to contribute to our culture and deliver extraordinary results. This position will report directly to Director of Pharmacy and work closely with other departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Payer and provider research
  • LOI preparations, submissions and follow ups
  • Perform tasks to support business development (marketing database development, etc).
  • Contracts maintenance and organization
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in administrative support, data entry, organization and database management or similar position
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely fashion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Associate degree or two (2) years of work experience in the healthcare field (Preferred)

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Deadline driven
  • Ability to multitask and transition seamlessly between tasks
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and a cooperative approach
  • A professional, friendly demeanor
  • A positive and eager-to-learn attitude
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
