Job Summary

AmeriPharma is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to contribute to the brand’s visual identity, ensuring it aligns with our core values. This role involves participating in various design projects from concept to execution, collaborating across all AmeriPharma divisions. The ideal candidate should be able to understand the objectives of each design project, propose creative solutions, and execute high-quality designs.

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Assist in managing design/branding projects from conception to completion
• Help ensure branding consistency throughout all projects 
• Design original content such as:
  • Print materials
  • Trade show materials
  • Promotional items
  • Packaging design
• Prepare, package and spec files for print, working closely with external production vendors (i.e. proofing, color-matching)
• Collaborate effectively with inventory team to choose best form factor/dimensions of physical materials 
• Support in documenting and updating brand guidelines across AmeriPharma divisions
• Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns
• Maintain a high standard of quality in all design work
• Stay knowledgeable on current visual trends, cultural touch points and brand competitors
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications 

• Strong portfolio in designing various print, promotional materials, and emails
• A relentless attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Open to receiving feedback from multiple stakeholders and implementing feedback judiciously to reach shared goals
• Able to demonstrate and articulate understanding of layout/composition, typography and visual hierarchy for all brand applications, both digital and physical
• Experience in executing and overseeing production design. Be organized, detail-oriented, know how to prepare files for appropriate output to meet delivery requirements
• Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to effectively convey/summarize complex issues
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and be flexible
• Able to simultaneously manage and prioritize multiple complex projects
• Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite; especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

Education and Required Qualifications 

• 5 years work experience as a graphic designer
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in graphic design or related field

Preferred Qualifications 

• Knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus
• Experience with digital media design is a plus
