Client Service Specialist

The ideal candidate is coachable, works with minimal supervision, has great time management skills, is detail-oriented and dependable. Solid written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask in a collaborative environment are a must. Working knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and office equipment is ideal. Training provided as needed.

Responsibilities:

· Interact via telephone, email, and in-person

· Schedule and maintain multiple calendars

· Work with the Corporate office to ensure accurate account setup and resolve issues

· Maintain files and records in accordance with records retention policy

· Facilitate prompt and correct processing of applications and other business documents

Requirements:

· Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, organization, and time management

· Effective communication with clients, advisors and team members

· Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams, Salesforce CRM, and office equipment

· Administrative/Office experience

· High School degree or GED Certificate; additional education/work experience
