What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Manager position at AmeriPro Roofing?
AmeriPro Roofing is a National Contractor is now hiring a Production Manager for our Columbia branch! This position is a mix between an office and in field roll. A Production Manager's primary responsibilities include; job site inspections, communicating/meeting with AmeriPro Roofing crews to ensure completion of roofing, siding, and gutter work and AmeriPro Roofing processes, perform service calls as needed. In addition to Production based work the Production Manager will directly oversee all sales team supported tasks and bridge communication from the local sales team to varying corporate roles such as HR, Recruitment, Fleet Management, Customer Service, and Production. Previous experience/knowledge in the construction industry is a huge plus in addition to previous office experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salaried Full-Time position: $50,000-$60,000; based upon experience

Qualifications:
- MHIC (Maryland Home Improvement Commission) License- HIGHLY preferred
- Previous experience/knowledge in the Roofing, Siding, and/or Gutter industry a PLUS, but not required
- Prior Customer Service or Call Center experience is highly preferred
- Prior Project Management experience a PLUS, but not required
- Strong computer skills: MS Office, Email, Google
- Previous experience negotiating and contracting with crews and pay
- Ability to work with multiple groups to schedule work and trades accordingly
- Detail orientated, and organization is a necessity
- Must have, or obtain, a smart phone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more
Duties:
- Manage daily/weekly job builds and services
- Pulling and delivering build permits, as needed
- Act as liaison between AmeriPro Roofing and Production Crews
- Directly facilitate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of Production Crews
- Manage employee payroll deliveries and distributions
- Assist Corporate Fleet Manager as needed
- General office management: daily bank deposits, inbound/outbound physical mail deliveries
- Customer Service: Management of varying number of homeowner accounts
Hours/Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30 as possible; varied hours/Saturdays; Sundays as needed
- Employee is considered on call for off hours in emergency situations and responsibilities required of their position
