As a CS Lead, you will become a high-impact leader and ultimately help us expand our team as the business grows. You will be part of growing and developing a customer service team that provides high-quality customer service through clear, helpful, and proactive support to our clientele.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide support and answers to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chats. You’ll be the go-to for all questions regarding product information, order placement, and order follow up.
- Assist in optimizing the performance of our customer service team. Suggest and implement ways to improve process efficiency while maintaining outstanding customer service.
- Assist with tracking costs, sales, employee hours, and foot traffic.
- Understand the company’s full line of products as well as the technology and terminology behind them.
Qualifications and Skills

- Availability to work weekend and holiday hours is required.
- Excellent computer and typing skills
- Experience with the Google Suite is a plus.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales or customer service environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- 4-year degree preferred
