What you will be doing

Pay Rate : $26 / hour. Pay rate can fluctuate higher or lower based on experience and candidate location.

Schedule : 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

Candidates should be located in MST or PST time zones.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Provides inbound / outbound email and call center support.

2. Supports corporate strategic level customers, buying group and GPOs related to pricing errors, contract loading, forms and document follow up, quality assurance, pricing integrity, terms consistency, contract pricing issues , as well as product availability support and stocking requests.

3. Supports decisions related to overall customer strategic services offerings included within ongoing relationship. Participates from prospecting through contract award.

4. Implements the training and development activities for the team to support and respond to customer inquiries, requests and issues.

5. Supports allocation, drug shortage, product availability and other relevant activities.

6. Produce, identify and analyze purchasing trends within strategic customer base and escalate to appropriate internal and external stakeholders.

7. Produce and monitor reports such as Allocation, SOA, Market Shortage, and Key Shortage Update for key customers as well as facilitation / coordination of additional reports based on customer requests.

8. Assist customer after the shortage is resolved to move inventory based on needs.

9. Deliver designated customer-facing training plan designed to reinforce adherence to level buying practices, allocation and SOA policies at the corporate / GPO level.

10. Submit credit memos prior to generating final credit to the customer.

11. Performs related duties as assigned.

What your background should look like

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Normally requires a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years related and progressively responsible experience. Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) preferred

7. Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and creatively in order to improve customer satisfaction

8. Familiarity with ABC products, services and pharmaceutical distribution operations

9. Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.

10. Working knowledge of computers necessary to operate effectively with company systems and programs

11. Demonstrates ability to handle competing priorities and maintain tight deadlines.

Salary Range*

$41,600 - 59,400

This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado / California / Washington / New York State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
