- Set up serving stations according to checklist
- Answer questions regarding food preparation and make menu suggestions
- Adhere to established policies and procedures regarding customer service st
- Assure all tables are clean and properly set
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards
- Uphold alcohol service regulations
