Target Range:

$85,000.00/Yr. - $105,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The Sr. Visual Designer designs and creates visual concepts, using the latest design software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. This role develops the overall layout and production design for on-brand materials including digital and print media, collateral, social, paid media, events, corporate reports, and more. This position plays a unique, complementary role to creative capabilities and requires a comprehension of operations and team management experience.

• Collaborate with marketing and business units to ensure designs and collateral meet the need of the business
• Conceptualize and execute unique marketing materials including but not limited to video production, brochures, flyers, web site images, landing pages, direct mail, and animation
• Develop and maintain design templates in order to streamline marketing requests. Maintain a design system of approved images, designs, and artwork for enterprise-wide usage
• Manage and deliver projects within established timelines and budget
