The Ames High School coaching staff is looking for an Assistant Baseball Coach for the 2022-23 track season.
Work Schedule: During the season, the work schedule will be 4:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. M-F. Various nights and weekends are also required for games.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Assists Head Coach in running a competitive baseball program.
- Follows and maintains knowledge of all District policies and procedures.
- Abides by strict confidentiality at all times.
- Attends work on a consistent and punctual basis.
- Creates a sense of belonging and welcoming environment for all athletes, parents, and staff.
- Onsite work required.
- Assists with other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: A current Department of Education Coaching Authorization.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience coaching high school baseball.
Compensation: $3,730 season stipend
