Job Description:
The project consists of managing site development and utilities, vertical construction, unit punchout and turnover, and managing site amenities. After framing, we would seek to add an Assistant Site Superintendent to the job site for logistics help. Those two individuals would be responsible for managing all subcontractors on the site.
Job start: Site excavation will begin mid-August 2024. Ideally, we would have a Site Superintendent on the site by mid-September.
Job Schedule: 14 months for phase 1. This project has a Phase 2 which consists of another set of two buildings identical to Phase 1. Phase 2 would most likely begin before Phase 1 is complete.
Living Arrangements: We are ideally seeking individuals who live in proximity to the jobsite so we do not need to pay for housing.
Travel Pay: We can reimburse for travel for commuter miles and work miles. No company vehicle will be provided.
