Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills. Ability to earn hourly or salary plus comissions.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Register customers/clients into our CRM Database
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist customers with invoices, changes, and product questions
- Process payments and maintain accurate records with company software
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish language
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using technology, including cash registers and electronic systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Previous experience in sales, but not required
Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.96 - $15.10 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
