Job title: General Production Assistant

Reporting to: Production Manager

Hours: Full-Time/Hourly – 40 Hours per week

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shift

Location: Ocala, Florida

As part of our Production Team, this General Production position, as directed by management will assist in key workflow areas including, but not limited to our pennant layup department, cutting pennants and streamers to fulfill customer orders; additional duties may include assisting in the finishing department working with heavy materials, boxes etc. in various stages of production - you won't be bored! Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Ability to read, interpret and process items on a work order.

2. Must be motivated, responsible, able to take direction, work independently and most importantly, and be detailed oriented.

3. Able to meet the demands of a fast-paced work environment and lift a minimum of 60lbs

4.Trimming, prepping, and converting materials for the sewing line

5. Must have the ability to work quickly and safely with sharp objects

6. Clean and maintain work area

7. Communicate effectively with supervisor, operators and co-workers

8. Adhere to production schedule and quality standards

9. Assist with inventory team as needed

Academic & trades qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Preference will be given to applicants who possess an impeccable long-term employment history.

Job Type: Full-time
