Job Description:
Amigo Baby is seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Billing Specialist who enjoys creating a positive service experience from start to finish. We’re looking for a full-time individual with a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, human resource management or related fields to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the company. The Payroll and Billing Specialist is responsible for processing payroll and billing activities accurately and efficiently. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

How You’ll Succeed Here:

  • Process payroll for employees accurately and on time
  • Ensure compliance with payroll policies and procedures
  • Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports
  • Complete monthly billing and request authorizations expired
  • Calculate and process payroll deductions
  • Review and resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Prepare and submit invoices to customers
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
  • Prepare and maintain billing records and reports
  • Assist with month-end closing activities
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll and billing information
  • Provide support for payroll and billing inquiries
  • Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist with HR Manager and administrative team

How you Shine From Others:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English
  • 2 years of experience in processing payroll and billing or administrative work
  • Proficient in computers (Word, Excel, Power Point, and etc.)
  • Knowledge of payroll and billing software
  • Patient and pleasant demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Ability to manage tasks/projects in a time-sensitive deadline manner
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and mathematical calculations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per year
