- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
- Ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
- Meet with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process for all open positions, including but not limited to, creating job postings, fielding resumes, phone interviews, offer letters, prescreening, etc.
- Serve as the liaison between the company and the candidates by handling phone calls, questions, and other details before and after interviews to ensure a positive experience.
- Track and report key recruiting metrics & activity via Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Use traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, resume databases, etc., to identify and attract passive and active quality candidates.
- Continuous networking and pipelining to identify a broad and diverse external talent slate using a variety of channels.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting processes are transparent and measurable. Set continuous improvement goals.
- Various other HR projects as needed.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years' experience as a recruiter, focus on 3PL/logistics or sales/operations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and follow-thru abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player and be very proactive.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Reporting to our Southlake office with normal working hours of 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM CST Monday – Friday.
