Essential Job Functions:
- Tool & Material Management: Track tool status and manage material purchases. Expedite tools and ensure materials are available and accurate.
- Production Scheduling & Planning: Use Plex to schedule and adjust production. Maintain a 26-week forecast and a 48-hour locked schedule.
- Team & Schedule Coordination: Participate in team activities and adjust schedules with managers and shift coordinators. Update work center calendars.
- Communication & Documentation: Communicate across departments and manage delays. Understand Plex PO functions and review purchase orders.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safety procedures.
- Shipping & Inventory Management: Handle shipping, inventory management, and coordination with outside services. Audit and correct inventory records.
- Performance & Improvement: Lead SIOP efforts, optimize demand and inventory, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent, with 2 years in shipping/receiving.
- Skills & Experience: Forklift Certification, strong communication and leadership skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., Plex), and experience with precision measuring equipment preferred.

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
