Job Summary: The Client Service Coordinator completes administrative customer service duties in the laboratory, ensuring highest quality customer service by performing the following duties.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate personnel in a courteous, articulate and timely manner
Responsible for handling inquiries from company clients and resolving issues as efficiently as possible
Reviewing and distributing company documents and correspondence to designated clients and/or department
Recording all client inquiries, requests and concerns into company database , and reviewing database for unresolved customer services tasks
Responsible for assisting all laboratory staff with clerical and administrative needs such as copying, faxing, mailing etc.
Review and pack results to be mailed, fax or sent via electronic communication
Back up for company receptionist
Other duties as requested
Requirements
Education and Experience:
Associates in business administration, or equivalent education and experience
Minimum 3 years customer/client service experience in an office setting
Experience working in medical office or laboratory preferred
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to function in fast-paced environment and maintain operational quality
MUST be organized and be able to work independently and as part of a team
Effectively complete tasks in the most efficient and accurate manner
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Demonstrated professionalism
Proven ability to provide high level customer service including problem resolution.
Strong client service orientation
Strong organizational, time management and follow-up skills
Proficient with standard office equipment
