Position Summary - Lcsw
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - BSW or MSW, active Ohio license (cannot be in process), BLS and at least 2 years of current or very recent Hospice experience.
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT - 16 Weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
SYSTEMS - EPIC
