We utilize a team-based model including embedded Behavioral Health Clinicians as well as Case Managers, Care Coordinators and Community Health Workers.
The Human Resource Director develops and administers policies and procedures, programs, and practices: including planning, organizing, developing, implementing, coordinating and directing all human resources related initiatives that support Amoskeag Health’s strategic goals. The HR Director provides consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and development and budget. Also responsible for compliance with state and federal laws as well as regulations from accredited governing bodies.
