What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk Administrator position at AMPAC Fine Chemicals?
Help Desk Administrator Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides Tier I help desk support for all IT-related issues.
- Documents, manages, and resolves issues until tasks are completed or escalated to a higher response tier.
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots a variety of problems that may occur within the SKpharmteco technical infrastructure.
- Provides timely, professional, and efficient customer service, prioritizing work stoppages and setting priorities based on business impact.
- Assists in deployment of new hire PC and Mobile Device equipment, onboarding and education, and orients and trains employees on M365.
- Knowledge of Office 365 Administration (users, groups, SharePoint, Exchange, etc.)
- Performs routine maintenance on PC, Mobile, and related equipment, including software upgrades and new installs as needed by end users.
- Tests new hardware and software technologies.
- Takes ownership of special tasks and roles as resources and circumstances permit.
- Self-starting with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Operate in a timely and professional manner with all levels throughout the organization
- This is a part time, short term assignment
