Role: Help Desk Analyst
Location: Richardson, TX 75082
Duration: 3-6 months contract
US Immigration Help Desk Analyst
The US Immigration Help Desk Analyst provides support for basic to intermediate incident resolution and requests reported to the Global Immigration Team (GI), focused mainly on US Immigration. Responsibilities include initial assessment, research, and resolution of requests regarding GI applications on a global scale for system, legal, and compliance requirements. Problems beyond the scope of their ability or responsibility are resolved by engaging in a timely manner to specific escalation points or other departments, internal and external.
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:
* Addresses and resolves queries; logs all queries through ticketing system; engages other team members or appropriate escalation points to resolve queries that are beyond the scope of their ability or responsibility.
* Creates a positive employee support experience and builds strong relationships through deep problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on progress, and handling employees with a consummately professional attitude.
* Ensures the end-to-end employee experience and provides a single point-of-contact for the employees.
* Logs and tracks queries from identification through resolution. Follows up with other team members involved in resolution to ensure queries are resolved, requests are filled, and the employee communication is complete. Documents resolutions and updates self-help and staff knowledge bases.
* Grows general knowledge of current operations process and US Immigration Law, thus increasing ability to resolve requests on first contact.
* Adheres to and supports GI Compliance, policies, and procedures.
* Maintains and protects confidentiality with regard to all aspects of employee information.
* Performs other duties as assigned
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Outlook, Excel (intermediate knowledge)
