Job Title: Compliance Analyst
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Atlanta, GA
Job Description:
* Review files submitted for re-disclosure and maintain adherence to regulatory compliance and company policies and procedures
* Responsible for determining if re-disclosure is allowable.
* Responsible for ensuring proper supporting documentation for change circumstance and timing requirements
* Re-disclose proper documents based on changes within the loan. Process all requests within three days to ensure compliance with governance, policies and procedures.
* Maintain current knowledge and understanding of all new and updated RESPA guidelines.
* Communicate with production and operations teams, including Home Loan Specialist, Processors, Closers and other departments as necessary to confirm that disclosures are appropriate and give feedback when modifications are required.
* Other duties as may be assigned
Skill Set :
*Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 2 years of related experience.
*Has knowledge of commonly-used mortgage concepts, practices, procedures and Franie Freddie guidelines to completed his task.
*Should possess basic knowledge to work on MS offices tools. Previous experience in Mortgage Lending preferred
