What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Amphenol Pcd?
Job Summary:
The focus regarding this position will be to assist the customer service team in their day-to-day activities. Including but not limited to entering quotes, entering orders, order checking, expediting, and other administrative tasks
Essential Functions include:
• Providing accurate and on time quotes to the assigned customer base (book pricing / contract pricing / special pricing)
• Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Customer Service Supervisor of any problems that may arise
• Order entry and change order / schedule management
• Provide two-way communication between client and team, to promote strong team representation
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Process expedite requests with the planning team
• Other related administrative and customer service duties as required
Required Skills/Qualifications:
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across all levels of the organization
• Exceptional organization skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management, sense of urgency, and follow-through skills
• Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast paces, high pressure, results-oriented environment
