Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
Answers phones for Amphenol Tecvox. Takes messages or fields/answers all routine and non-routine questions.
Greet visitors, helping them navigate through the office, and supplying them with refreshments as they wait.
Coordinates facility/grounds maintenance.
Sorts and distributes mail. Opens mail for the GM. Drafts written responses or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary. Responds to regularly occurring requests for information.
Receives deliveries in PLEX.
Make arrangements for meetings, such as having refreshments available and/or coordinating catering for luncheons, and other meetings.
Schedules, plans and organizes activities such as travel, and company activities.
Creates and develops presentations for the GM and HR Business Partner.
Handles confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary.
Types and designs general correspondences, memos, emails, spreadsheets, reports, etc. Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy.
Works independently and within a team on special and ongoing projects. Acts as project manager for special projects, at the request of the GM or HR Business Partner.
Run company’s errands.
Maintain and order office supplies for company.
Maintain Break Room.
Utilize the internet for research.
Requirements:
Some college preferred
Previous experience in an administrative role
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
