What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Franchise Network Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with our Miracle Ear Franchise accounts and providers
  • Establishing and maintaining cross-departmental relationships with our Miracle-Ear business partners
  • Educating and training providers and staff on processes and referral portal
  • Maintaining and improving conversion rates, retention, network compliance and driving provider satisfaction
  • Monthly check-ins and reporting, as well as quarterly business reviews
  • Responding to inquiries through various channels (Webchat, Phone Calls, Emails, Text Messages, etc.) in a prompt manner
  • Demonstrating and maintaining a thorough and complete working knowledge of appropriate Amplifon information management systems and telephone systems

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of Customer Service or Sales experience with at least 1 year of working in a provider service capacity
  • College degree preferred
  • ACD experience preferred (Five9, or other VOIP phone system preferred)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of Medical Insurance terminology
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills
  • Experience training, educating and presenting
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask and pivot when needed
