Amplify Marketing is currently seeking a creative and passionate Graphic Designer looking to become an integral part of a growing marketing team. This role will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns through both print and digital channels, including social media, email, website, print materials and more. This role will uphold brand images of multiple clients with varied audiences, generating awareness, leads, and customer interaction.

Amplify Marketing is a marketing consultant and service provider located in Richland, MI. We help our clients grow their businesses and their brands through marketing. From digital marketing to events, we take care of everything. We care about providing the best service possible to our clients daily.

A successful candidate will be a forward-thinking, creative individual with experience in both digital and print design, demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and possess some knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms and best practices.

Responsibilities:

- Create captivating and eye-catching social media graphics for various clients across multiple social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engaging visual content.

- Assist with developing and executing social media calendars, including planning, and writing engaging copy that aligns with the client's brand voice and objectives.

- Collaborate closely with the team, including creators and copywriters, to deliver cohesive and impactful social media campaigns.

- Design graphics and visuals for other mediums, such as print materials, website assets, presentations, and more.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, industry best practices, and social media platform changes to ensure the highest level of creativity and effectiveness in designs.

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with some focus on social media design and marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.

- Solid understanding of both digital design, design for web/social media, and print design.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Youtube, LinkedIn)

- Excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.

- Ability to adapt to and follow brand guidelines, voice, and objectives.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, taking feedback and incorporating changes while meeting deadlines.

- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members and clients.

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in motion graphics and simple animations (After Effects)
• Basic photography/videography skills
