What are the responsibilities and job description for the Integrator I position at Amplio Systems?
Our team of skilled integrators turn design plans into reality with thorough planning, execution, and testing so churches across the country can rely on systems they use every weekend. We partner with churches to create engaging and distraction-free environments through audio, video, and lighting and network integration. Boots on the ground, handling the majority of hands-on work done at each project, Integrators play a crucial role to assure expectations get achieved on Sundays.
The Integrator I role outlines a starting place for those with some construction or production experience who want to take their craft seriously, and apply it to help churches across the country make Sunday happen.
Responsibilities of the Role
- Pulling cable, dressing it into racks and panels, and terminating wire
- Permanently installing audio, video, and lighting systems
- Working alongside a team of Integrators during projects and spending 2-3 weeks at a time on the road
- Driving company vehicles to and from job sites, often across the country with trailer in tow
Requirements
- General construction or electrical experience is preferred but not required
- AVL rigging, installing, and wiring experience is preferred but not required
- Be prepared to travel a lot and work hard. Project travel usually runs 1-3 weeks at a time and consists of 5-6 days or 50-60 hours per week.
- Must live in the Chicagoland area or be willing to relocate
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, scaffolding, lift heavy items, and operate power tools
- Must hold a current driver's license with a clean driving record
