About The Role and Team
Amplitude’s Revenue Operations team is helping to plan for, manage, and support a rapidly growing field organization. We are building a high-performing and highly cross-functional team to support and enable our success across our sales teams. We are a data-driven team that partners with regional and functional field leaders to design our policies, processes, and investment strategies as we build and evolve for scale. We’re seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to help support our GTM systems at scale.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Senior Analyst on the GTM Technology & Operations team, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering GTM systems that help accelerate our business. Our team wears many hats on their projects and are responsible for everything from requirements gathering, Salesforce configuration, testing, training, and post-deployment support. You will work alongside Solution Architects and Technical Architects to design, develop, and deploy large-scale solutions while learning and growing your skillset.
Key roles and responsibilities include:
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather, understand, and define business requirements
- Develop user stories, and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce as well as other tech solutions for our teams
- Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet a client’s business requirements and fulfill user stories
- Collaborate on the configuration for user stories within Salesforce or other cloud-based technologies
- Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
- Participate in key meetings with our teams, including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training
You'll be a great addition to the team if you are:
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM Products to develop client or business solutions
- Hands on experience configuring Salesforce or similar CRM Products, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
- Proven ability to leverage analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly understand stakeholders business needs, and technologies
- Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
- Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements
- Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders
- Experience integrating and supporting various platforms with Salesforce
- Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
- Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree completed
- Salesforce Admin Certification
