We are seeking an Office/Project Manager to join our rapidly growing, profitable fast-paced franchise focusing on the accessibility market. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the owners and staff to provide administrative support, sales and coordinate all aspects of client and vendor interactions via phone, email and in-person.

Status: Full Time (8:30am-5:30pm Monday thru Friday)
Job Location: Englewood, NJ / Hybrid / WFH (Minimum of three month's training on location in Englewood, NJ)
Job Description:
The ideal candidate is experienced, with excellent attention to detail, and a working knowledge of management, and business practices. The candidate should be a self-starter, proactive, fast learner, with a positive can-do attitude, and have excellent communication skills. Imperative for the individual to be thoroughly organized and be able to handle and track simultaneous tasks from start to finish.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing and executing the day-to-day operations of the business
- Communicating directly with customers, employees, and vendors
- Scheduling of appointments, evaluations, installations, and removals
- Record keeping: A/R, A/P, and collections via QuickBooks
