Payables Specialist

Grow your career as a Payables Specialist within Apple Vacations, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you will reconcile airline and virtual payables; process timely adjustments and refunds on both airline payables and virtual credit cards and reconcile credit card transactions between reservation payables and bank activity.

As a Payables Specialist you will:

• Be responsible for the processing, auditing and reconciliation of airline payables and virtual credit cards
• Process adjustments and refunds for payables on cancelled or rebooked reservations
• Respond to emails from hotels inquiring on payment status
