Social Media Manager (REMOTE)

The AMR Collection social media team is responsible for brand positioning of 7 luxury resort brands as the pillars of luxury travel in the hospitality industry across social media. As the Social media manager, you will have the opportunity to lead an exclusive social community for our trusted travel advisors, keep us ahead of competitors, and encourage followers in our social communities to dream, plan, and return to travel.

A successful Social Media Manager will:

• Create, implement, and own strategic organic social campaigns and content to promote various B2B efforts through agent social community
• Create and manage monthly social content calendar
• Assist with B2B marketing team with monthly and quarterly campaigns
• Write and lead social strategy for travel advisors to implement in their sales tactics, generating new leads online
• Assist in other social media projects as assigned by social media associate or social media manager

A successful Social Media Manager will have:

• Bachelors’ degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
• 5 years experience in B2B marketing, B2B social media, or sales marketing
• A natural ability for storytelling with strong writing skills and an eye for creativity.
• A passion for social media, travel, tourism, or hospitality.
• A demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, digital platforms such as Sprinklr or HootSuite, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• A strong drive and sense of urgency.
• A demonstrated understanding of travel agents, business development, and sales
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills required
