Come join Lotus Bloom as our new Administrative Coordinator at our Downtown site in the Uptown District of Oakland! We are looking for someone who will bring their administrative and operations expertise to support our Downtown Lotus Bloom team in delivering early childhood education to traditionally underserved communities throughout Oakland.
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative expertise to their Lotus Bloom site by developing and delivering communications to playgroup and program attendees, supporting and coordinating distributions, and collaborating with the Family Navigators to complete timely and accurate data entry into grant portals, CRM, and other internal databases. Reporting to the Site Director, the Administrative Coordinators track and maintain donation inventory (toys, clothing, diapers, etc.), monitor and order program and office supplies, and work with the Facilities Team to ensure tidy, clean, and presentable classroom and office areas.
Collaborating with the Finance & Administration Team, the Administrative Coordinator collects playgroup and rental fees, responds to incoming general inquiries and other administrative tasks, as needed.

This is a regular part-time, non-exempt position scheduled to work 40 hours per week, Mondays through Fridays, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. The rate of pay is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending upon experience. Lotus Bloom offers the following benefits for this position including:
