The role
This is an exciting time to join Alexander Mann Solutions! You can join our Recruitment Admin team. You can make a difference and add immediate impact as an Operations Recruitment Coordinator supporting the background check functions of one of our existing Tier 1 Investment Banking clients. This role will be based in Dallas Texas and will require you to sit on the client site 3-4 days per week.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Work closely with the client Recruiters, Program Managers and Relationship Managers for dedicated business area(s) managing the candidate through the background check process in person or via print or electronic correspondence
- Inform prospective hires of any company rules and regulations around drug testing and criminal activity
- Ensure the company’s compliance with background check laws, policies, and procedures are followed
- Maintain the confidentiality of all background check records
- Develop collaborative relationships with identified business stakeholders
- Manage high level and detailed Excel spread sheets
- Provide process improvements when necessary
- Extreme attention to detail required
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a Recruitment Coordination role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills and a good phone manner
- Good written and spoken English language skills
- Office experience with a busy and challenging administration, support role or customer services environment
- Experience of working with recruitment systems (i.e. ATS) and maintaining a high level of data integrity
- Desirable Experience:
- Experience working within an outsourcing or recruitment environment
- Experience supporting a background check function
