The Role

AMS is currently looking for a talented individual to work as a Lead Sourcing Specialist. This role will support our client, Morgan Stanley, a global leader in Investment Banking and financial services.

The Sourcing Specialist will work to identify talent in the marketplace and attract those with key skill sets to openings within the organization.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure the recruitment service is delivered, in line with contractual obligations and client service levels
  • Creation or validation of requisitions already created by Hiring Manager within agreed timeframes and routing to correct approvers following the correct matrix.
  • Responsible for posting requisitions to required internal and external platforms.
  • Accountable for ensuring all candidate are presented to the hiring manager within agreed timeframes.
  • Ensure that all changes to a candidate’s status are tracked on the ATS to enable accurate reporting
  • Creation of all offers based on information provided by the Hiring Manager and routing to correct approvers following the correct matrix.
  • Building and maintaining hiring manager relationships.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of working to and meeting demanding hiring targets and deadlines
  • Experience screening and interviewing job candidates
  • Experience of managing candidates through the full end-to-end recruitment process (e.g. including running open days or selection centres)
  • Experience of using recruitment technology and recruitment databases
  • Experience of managing stakeholder relationships
  • Experience of influencing and persuading stakeholders to take a course of action
