Front Lead Technician
Position: Front Lead Technician - Molding - Afternoon shift
Reports to: Production Supervisor
Position Summary: Provide assistance in meeting the Front Team’s daily objectives; advises supervisor when issues are not resolved; relieves mold splitter, gasket setter and pourer jobs; plunges heats; changes pouring tubes; works on delayed process wheels; keeps workstations adequately stocked with required supplies.
Minimum Qualifications: Satisfactory work record including performance (e.g. rules violations/discipline, attendance, etc.) and the successful completion of Asset Profiles assessment.
Evaluation Areas Will Be: Practical learning, initiative, job fit motivation, work standards, safety awareness, oral communication, work record including performance (e.g. rules violations/discipline, attendance, etc.). Ability to qualify on all jobs to relieve and must be forklift licensed.
