Amston Trailer Sales and Service is seeking a Service Manager to take the vision and expand it. Someone to push it to that next level. Ability to increase revenue, obtain business, grow staff, and implement a new mobile technician team.

· Develop and implement service standards and procedures for the service department and mobile team.

· Set up and maintain the service desk.

· Supervise other members of the service and mobile team.

· Maintain customer relationships and improve response and delivery times.

· Update service methods to improve overall efficiency.

· Resolve any service problems and customer complaints.

· Conduct appraisals of team members and identify areas for improvement.

· Create and present regular reports to senior management.

· Instruct customers on equipment operation, care, and maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
